Princess holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Financial Management from Sunderland University (2012), an MSc in Global Financial Management from Northumbria University (2014) and is currently a Doctoral researcher in Corporate Governance. Her PhD focuses on assessing different aspects of diversity and equality in the boardroom and assessing the link between diversity and financial performance. The findings of the thesis contribute to the ongoing debate in the UK for a change in equality and diversity practices in the workplace and in management.
Alongside her PhD, she is also an Associate Lecturer at Newcastle Business School, with a focus on international finance, financial decision making and business research.
