Xinyang (Allen) Liu is a lecturer in Business Analytics at the Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University. Dr Liu received his PhD degree in Tourism Economics from the University of Surrey in 2024.
He has published top-tier journal articles about advanced econometrics and its application in demand analysis, including Tourism Management and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. He is a member of the International Institute of Forecasting (IIF) and the International Association of Tourism Economics (IATE) and serves as a reviewer in Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research and Annals of Tourism Research Empirical Insights.听
