My research interests focus on experience of exercise and in particular on affective responses to exercise. I look at affect from a hedonic perspective, as an important source of information and an inherent aspect of exercise adherence.

To better understand how exercise experience is linked to adherence I look at memory and recall mechanisms. In my research I use experimental study designs and methods combining behavioral and physiological measures of affect.
